the available options, price and delivery lead time. Product availability and suitability are established
for each quotation.
Who we support

What we do
1. Send specifications, quantities and delivery details.
2. Receive an itemised quotation with validity, lead time and payment terms.
3. Approve the order in writing.
4. We source the approved goods and coordinate delivery.
5. Receive the goods with delivery documentation and a matching invoice.
How this differs from procurement support
For supply orders, Mash N Go is the supplier and invoices the agreed goods. For procurement support,
Mash N Go advises and coordinates on behalf of the client and charges a service fee. Your quotation or
appointment confirms which arrangement applies.
Private first orders use agreed payment terms. Public supply orders follow the official award and
authorised purchase order. Any substitution requires written approval.
